Could I have been given a Lace Catfish by mistake?

I got a pair of Upside Down cats at the local store..but they have totally different colors and patterns. The one in this pic looks strikingly similar to the Lace Cats the store sells from another tank. What do you guys think?

If it is a Lace..im afraid it will be aggressive and outgrow my 29G.
