Crayfish Growing Differently

I have 2 Florida Blue Crayfish. When I got them about 6 weeks ago they were both about 3/4" long.
One has molted about once a week and has grown to 3" long body, while the other has only molted a few times and is about a 1 1/4". Can anyone give insight on this? The small one eats well, and both are the same age. Actually from the same hatch, one just seems to grow much slower.

It ate until it would crawl away from its food. So I assumed it was getting as much as it desired. Doesn't matter much now. I came home last night to find that the big one got him during a molt.
