Left for a week for vacation, came back to this stuff all over all of the plants. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

GSA, it's the worst.. had to tear down a tank because if it. Remove as much as you can by hand and black out for 4 days. Where your phosphates at?

I've had a couple outbreaks of this but it only seemed to grow on my water sprite and hygrophilla. I removed as much as I could by hand then trimmed back the affected plants by like 75 percent and altered my lighting schedule a little. No sign of it for a couple months and counting
