cycle almost finished???

Have had my 75 gal track going since fathers day with a fish in cycle. This week my nitrite spike has finally gone down to 0. My last readings were 0 amm 0 nitrites 5ppm nitrates.
Am I almost done with cycling? Been having green and brown algae growing on my rocks. I need to get a cleaning crew soon.

RCS would work to help with cleaning. If you're not adding live plants some types of snails do the trick. You need to adjust the lighting as well.
