cycle problems

hey peps I'm 3 weeks into my cycle and my ammonia is reading at 0.25ppm- 0 ppm but i have no nitrite reading i think by now i should have after using stability as well any one know whats going on?

35 gallon heavily planted tank tropical 10 fish

How are you putting ammonia in the system? Was it higher? How long does it take for that .25 ppm ammonia to go away? Are nitrates present in the tank?

We need more information so we can get a larger picture of what's going on.

amonnia comes from fish and goes down in a few days and no nitrates that i know of
