Dandelion Fluff?

Has anyone ever experienced this before? I've never seen or heard of this.. sorry for the low quality pictures. The neons got interested and wanted in the pictures and kept putting them out of focus.

The white "fluff" on the inside glass of my fish tank

Just wipe it off.
It is common.

They are tiny strands of algae catching detritus floating in the water, like coral said just wipe it off.
