Help identifying new algae

Hi all,

A few weeks ago I replaced canister filters (Fluval fx6 to Fluval 407) in my 75 gallon tank and got a new light (Finnex planted+ to Fluval 3.0). Now I'm getting a new type of algae i've never seen before - see the pictures below.

Can anyone identify the algae? If you know what kind of algae, any tips for getting rid of it?

I do weekly water changes and transferred biomax from old filter to new filter and haven't seen any cycling issues.

Filamentous algae, loves light and nutrients.
Bigger water changes, gravel clean substrate, reduce dry food, reduce plant fertiliser.
