Dead fish

I found my Red Wag Platy dead last night and I know it was swimming around fine yesterday. Just wondering what happened? Its body was white and seem to have a larger growth just behind its head. Any info is greatly appreciated. Just want to make sure my other fish stay healthy. All my levels are fine. Did a 25% water change Sunday.

it might be something to do with the growth behind the head, it is hard to say when there is so little information, but if there are any other fish then check for the same symptoms or the same thing might happen to them, most fish diseases are curable and you just need to buy a solution from your nearest pet store

Ok thanks. I checked the other fish and didn't see anything out of the norm with them.

regularly check them now until you are sure that there is no disease in your tank

Have been checking them everyday pretty closely. And haven't seen anything else yet but going to continue to keep an eye on them.
