I have a Diamond Tetra that I've had for about a week. I noticed a few days ago that it had a pink area on the upper part of its mouth. May be a growth? Today I noticed that there seems to be a white fuzz on its face - from the pink area to up between the eyes. No other white spots anywhere else or on any other fish. It's active and still eating. Any ideas?

Here's a pic of the Tetra

Water test:
Ammo: 0.50ppm - getting ready to do 50% pwc
Nitrite: 0ppm
NitrAte: 5ppm
pH: 7.0
Temp: 76F

Tank is a 36 gal bow front with 6 zebra Danios and 3 diamond tetras. It finished cycling (fish-in) around 2 weeks ago and I added the 3 diamond tetras a week ago. All fish have been acclimated using the drip method.

I use a penguin 150 and an aqueon quiet flow 30 in the tank

Edit: Not sure if this pic is any clearer/better
