Dinosaur Bichir Question

I have a 75 gallon tank with a blood parrot cichlid, gouramis, giant danios and a dinosaur bichir. The past couple months, our dinosaur has has this lump/bulge in its stomach. It acts perfectly fine, but I can't help but wonder what's going on with it. It hasn't eaten anything other than bloodworms and the occasional shrimp pellet.

Any advice??
