Disappearing Babies?!

So I should have 4 dalmatian lyretail fry in my tank, but I haven't seen them for two days. The momma and other adults are being fully fed. Should I assume that the worst has happened to them?

Sometimes molly fry just die. If the adults are in the tank though they were probably eaten. Some adults will eat fry no matter how well they are fed. I had a female that would do that. I fed her a lot and she still would eat her fry and her tank mates fry. Provide lots of dense plants for the fry to hide in.
