Disappointing LFS visit

I know this isn't really in the right spot, but I just visited "the biggest and best" shop, in search of freshwater shrimp and to see what else I they had.

I'm so disappointed. Seeing a fish with the worst fungal infection etc etc.

Lost for words.

Oh don't feel so bad ... Some "big & best" LFS's are not any less disappointing on this side of the equator.

Was it just one fish, or many things that upset you? I only ask because my favorite LFS will (rarely) take in someone's ill fish and try to cure it for them. If they are such a good fish store, they may occasionally do that for special customers and fish. (but likely not for everybody or every fish)
