Discus feeding help!!

I heard from a friend of mine that i should feed them bloodworms for their meal everyday, should i do this or should i stick with feeding them TetraColor Tropical Granules?

its never a good idea to feed one kind of food always. i would very the diet some blood worms beef hart try to get some flakes or pellets in there too.

I have beefheart but for some reason they dont eat it or pick at it and then it goes to waste. Well i just bought more bloodworms so i guess ill do 3 days of bloodworms, 2 days of flake and 2 days of the pellets but i also heard form a fish store owner that discus dont eat flakes? She said they eat it but spit it back out so idk
