Hi, I think you should add another chamber to act as gas separator/bubble counter. It will prevent gunk to overflow into your tank. Also, this is optional but if you want, buy one of those 50 cent check valves at the hardware store to prevent water from your tank from siphoning into your yeast mix bottle. The second chamber doesn't have to be big, one of those little baby food jars would do great. You might want to grab another bottle of yeast mix and have them in stages to get a more consistent delivery.
