Just thought I would show my under stocked tank. Any suggestions, I think I need another power head? 30gal approximately 10lbs base rock, 27lbs live rock, 40lbs live sand....

Yes you surely need more LR, but I also started with a small amount, try getting some long flat "bridge" pieces. I really like my rock (bio-active man made LR) because it comes in a wide array of shapes and sizes, plus it has plenty of spaces within the rock for your smaller fish to hide. Also my LR had Coraline algae already growing on it, a major plus for biological filtration!

Not much to update, as of yet. But I plan on rearranging my LR to have one island with a small bridge and overhang. Island on the leftside with the bridge overhang in the middle?
Any thoughts?
