It looks like some sort of darter or goby.

Did you buy it, or catch it?

Bought it but they were unsure at our LFS...we thought it was too cute and cool to pass up

It looks like a loach or catfish to me. I see what appears to be small whiskers near the mouth. It looks familiar but I can't put my finger on what it is.

We love to help. You don't need to repeat same question and it's against the rules.

But you certainly aren't the first ?

I hope you have an idea of what fish it is.

If it is a lizard fish, they like clean water with movement.

For example my friend keeps Hillstream loaches. Her tank has Lots of filtration plus a powerhead , so that there's a lot of movement in the tank and helps oxygenate the water.

Hers like Repashy Gel diet best.
