I Just sold a pair. My experience has been FM are so nice and peaceful until they breed then if there is anyone else in the tank watch out they go psycho. I have about 35 babies (4 months old) now and I am only going to keep to females so hopefully this wont happen again.

So you maybe better of keeping him without a female unless you want a tank for just the pair.
