Does anyone use EI dosing for planted aquarium? I just got the ei pack from ... What's the right mix

I use EI. I dry dose with the mini spoons from Amazon. There's several sources out there with measurements.

I understand that way if you were dosing EI in the powder form, but how do you dose it in the liquid form?

I hope this is right because this is how I mixed my frets. If not I guess I just put the powder directly into the tank.
