Dosing Flourish Iron

I have a 55 gallon high tech planted aquarium with Co2 and quad T5 light fixture and lots of plants!! But I want my Rotala to be more red, so I have been told to use Iron but don't know how much to dose and how often to dose it? Thanks for the help
