So I come home today and see that my new DP Is sitting on the magnetic glass cleaner and is breathing hard. He has been in my tank for 2 days and has not eaten yet. I orderd live blackworms but they have not come yet. Is he sick? Starving? How long can he go without food?

First, you're he is likely a she. She could be hungry. Can you go to your local lfs and see if they'll give you a few post snails. You could even offer to harvest them yourself and being your own container. Most chain stores will do this too.

So it's a girl? I figured he/she was to young to tell.

Males typically have more defined spots, wrinkles around the eyes and a brown line on the belly. Most DPs are basically full grown when they are sold.

Looks a little skinny to me. Since 95% of DP's at your LFS are wild caught, that means a lot will have parasites. Treat with Prazipro in a separate tank if she keeps getting skinnier. What are your water parameters?

Nitrate is 10
Nitrite is 0
Ammonia is 0
