DPG Sale Toronto

I hear everyone talk about this dollar per gallon sale but have never seen it here in Toronto. Is this sale purely for the states or does anyone know if canada has one or something of a equivalent? I've been frequenting the flyers here but they usually have like 7 pages for dogs then a small corner for fish and accessories In them I'm guessing maybe they don't make much on fish in my area?

Or maybe big als has some sort of similar one? If not guess our biggest one would prolly be Boxing Day for a great steal.
