Dried bloodworms versus frozen bloodworms

What are your experiences with either? Do you prefer one over the other? Thanks!
 
dried bloodworms can expand in the fish's stomach. I only give them very sparingly as a treat but I feed frozen as a meal.
 
I think they find frozen more appealing. But when something dried mixes with liquid it expands and could bloat your fish. That's why only as a treat. I don't want them eating too much and bloating up.

That's also why they suggest you put them in water for a few minutes before:)
Also, i think frozen is more appealing to them, but frozen vs freeze dried is different. Frozen lack all the protein, while freeze dried still have it:)
