drilling a "reef tank"

How much would it cost me (on average) to drill a tank? I would like to have some kind of valves on bottom of tank. I'm looking to build a 2 foot counter on each side of the tank, so you can sit by the tank and watch the fish. The only feasible way I see to do this is drill under the tank.

Glass shops specialize in this . My LFS does it to so you might want to ask yours. Whatever you do dont do it yourself. Let a pro do it.
