Hello all,
I've noticed an oily film occurring on the surface of water and after doing some research, I figured I need to install a skimmer. I have a 65G show tank in my living room and I'm trying to reduce the number of power gadgets that I put my tank. 2 questions:
1) can I replace my eheim inlet with a water skimmer? similar to this one.... https://www.banggood.com/Aquarium-S...MI_vm_6LO-2wIVDyQrCh2WrAv8EAQYAyABEgKGyvD_BwE
2) if not (or if it's not recommended), has anyone tried merge a skimmer inlet and a canister filter inlet with a T-pipe joint, before the water enters the canister for filtering? any suggestions?
I appreciate all feed-backs.
