I just used splashless bleach to clean my quarantine tank. It is now sudsy. I'm assuming there are surfactants. How do I remove them? I was hoping to get new fish this week, so I want it to be in good shape.

The main ingredient is sodium hypochlorite. I'm hoping heavy rinsing will do the trick.

I would just assume all it should take is some time and some good old fashioned elbow grease and personally I would double dose the prime conditioner. But there may be easier methods that more experienced people have.

Running carbon may pick up any surfactants. Not sure if it would work but think it could be worth a try if you have some carbon lying around.
