DW/murky water

So I boiled my DW for at least 5 hours and the water wasn't dis colored anymore in my sink so I put it in my tank. When I woke up this morning my tank was discolored but more of a murky water look. Almost white/clear substance.

Should I do a water change or just let it "settle". Parameters are fine and fish are doing fine.
