Dwarf Gourami chin bump back

A few weeks ago my dwarf gourami had a bump on its chin and a few days later a thick tubular red thing was coming out of it almost looked like a bloody worm but I didnt see it wiggle like a worm.

Anyways the bump kind of went away got really small I just thought that was it healed but then today I noticed it is really bad again bigger than last time .

And this was it a few weeks ago just after it popped or what ever happened

Anchor worms?? Google image it that might be what he has. Sorry I dont know much about it off hand.

The red bumps match description but no worm attached to fish

It might be the start to anchor worms. Sometimes tthey can be hard to see. My best guess is thats its some sort of parasite.
