Hi all, i have a problem im hoping you could with.

Got home today to find my dwarf Guarami upside down near the bottom of my tank! On closer inspection he cant swim very well has a really swollen belly, i bathed him in aquarium salt and methylene blue for half an hour and now iv put him in my 60L on his own where he's now laid on his side really rapidly breathing. Is this some sort of swim bladder and is there anything i can do to save him i dont think he will last the night of i take no action he barely moves when i nudge him

Iv also dosed the tank he's in with aquarium salt

Thanks in advance

Could be Dropsy aka Bloat (or constipation if you have noticed that he hadn't been pooping). From what I've read on Dropsy though, is they don't know what causes it and there apparently isn't any set treatment for it, at least not that I've found.
