Dwarf plants for a 2.5 gallon?

Does anyone have any suggestions on some dwarf plants for a low-mid lighted 2.5 shrimp tank?

The substrate will be midnight black floramax and I will be using either liquid or root tab fertilizers.

Also is the lighting adaquate for this size planted tank?

The tank will be heated and filtered.

A Crypt of some sort or Anubias Nana petite. Both slow growing.

Some Mosses don't like much heat. A small Moss Ball might work.
