Dwarf Platies?

I've been keeping fish for years, and only recently read about the dwarf platy. it seems like petsmart sold them around 2009 and there was some discussion about them but very little is out there. I was wondering whether a- anyone here can attest to the fact that they aren't just a deformed platy(like a balloon molly) and b- if they aren't, does anyone know of a place where i could buy them? I'm in the Philadelphia area. Thanks in advance

Yes, I sold them. Very cute. We fed them the same as the other fish.

I would like to see them again as long as they are healthy long term.

hmm yeah i was hoping that they wouldn't be stunted, cause they seem really cool. Any ideas as to where to get them? id like to try breeding them like that guy did
