I think my Anubais is dying what could be causing this? Are there some good liquid ferts I should look into? I have a 55g tank with 2 54 w T5HO's. No CO2 (not planning on getting any) and no ferts so far.

It's definitely deficient in several nutrients. I'd say with that much light up you'll need to fertilize and it'd be beneficial to have CO2. I know you said you didn't want to use co2 but it would help no matter how much light you have. As for what fertilizers you need I'd start with some micros like flourish comprehensive. I'd also suggest you move the light fixture higher up off the tank so you won't encounter this problem again.

Thanks I'll pick some up and try that then see where I need to go from there!

Medium, almost high, depending on how high up your fixture is and how deep your tank is. If you hang your light fixture at least 20" of the substrate you should be okay.
Of course...this is just an arbitrary guess.
