I've lost two fish in two days, I've done water changes out the wazoo, but I can't figure out what's wrong.
Dying fish.

Do you know the levels? Also have you seen any difference in behaviour?

My nitrate and nitrites are both at 0.
pH is at 7.2.
Water temperature is 77.
One was a guppy and the other was a Mickey mouse platy.
I didn't noticed in change of behavior. But maybe I wasn't paying enough attention. This is the fourth fish I've lost in two weeks.

I think it has something to do with your tank not being cycled.

Well your nitrates are 0. In a tank which is cycled they should be 5-20ppm . Is your tank heavily or moderator planted ? How long has it been setup for.

What are your ammonia levels? How long has the tank been setup?
