I would leave them be if it was me personally. baby apple snails are neat, if you're into snails

Plus when they grow up a little bit you can sell 'em!

Some apple snails lay their eggs below water, some lay them above, depending on the species, so if you decide to keep the eggs just leave them in the same spot where they were laid and watch for baby snails!
