I didn't think so. I just noticed the leaves on the plants turning brown more recently. I'm trying to get the fertilizers in and sit for a while and see if ghost helps. Only have been using them for 3 days now. Not a whole lot of plant improvement.
 
How long have you had the plant?
Also, it looks like ludwigia, usually they'll drop their lower leaves, it's fine, if you can't stand it, just cut off the bottom and replant the top, but as long as you're getting good growth at the top it's fine.
