My adf are in my dirt bottomed tank but I hate it and I want to replace the dirt and sand with eco-complete. Is this substrate too rough? Also will plant ferts harm the adf?

I have a mix of plain gravel and some crushed coral in my 10 gallon with ADFs. They've never acted like it bothers them, and I've seen no injuries.

It's also planted, and I dose with Flourish 2x weekly. No problems with the frogs.

When I was in high school or just out I had African Clawed frogs and I put fertilizer in once and it killed them, so I thought I'd ask.

I just make sure not to exceed the recommended dose, and everyone seems perfectly fine. (3 ADFs and a male betta)
