egg help

I have a female holding eggs. The other fish beat her up pretty good this morning. I got her in another tank. She is not doin so well dont think she will make it threw the night. My ? Is. Is there anyway to tell if the eggs r fertilized. And will the eggs make it without the mother

The eggs are already fertilized and yes they will make it without the mother, here's a link to tumbling eggs. You'll have to strip her which is easy also.

Ok thanks. We will see what happens. So far she has moved a couple times. I hope she makes through the night.

She didint make it but i got the eggs.

What size tank are they in and what is the male/female ratios? I've never in all my years of breeding africans had a female that had been attacked to the point of death.

40 gal. I think 2 and 2. I think my pleco had a part in it too. I saw him hit her a couple of times
