Eggs or parasite?

Hi all,

I’ve just noticed these white specs all over the sides of my tank. It’s a tropical 40 litre with tetras, Cory catfish 1 horned nerite snail and an endler guppy in it. 2 guppies just died these last 2 weeks but I can’t find the bodies (presumed eaten).

I’ve attached a photo - any advice would be greatly appreciated!

No they don’t appear to be moving and the fish aren’t pecking at them

I’ve had him for 2 years all on his own - could he really have laid eggs? Very Jurassic Park...

Scrape them off with a razor blade if they are hard to get off. Not sure they can hatch without brackish water if it's nerite eggs. I'm not 100% positive on this though.
