So in my boredom with my tank (currently fallow because of Ich, besides the fact that all my fish got ate by my CBS I believe), I'm doing my monthly maintenance right now. I'm cleaning out the canister filter and there are hundres of what look like little egg sacks. They are stuck to the inside of the filter housing, all of the crate sections etc. Are they Ich eggs or or something else?

TIA

I can't remember their name right now?? they are fine and a good sign in a tank.. A type of filter feeders, feather duster type critter!!!! Q tip I think there called some times?? Getting older is hard on my brain... I'm sure the cold one in my hand does not help much either 8O

Great! In my impatience I just cleaned them all out

Have one for me, I think I could use one :D

they will grow back...
Sure stop over I have a ice cold rolling rock green light in the freezer getting chilled right now.
I'll see you in lets say 15 hours or so??

Ok I found a site that says there Syconoid sponges, my friends call the Qtips..
They are filter feaders and are safe.. That much I did remember..

10-4, thanks again for the help.

Unfortunately, to support this sw habit, I have to go to work tomorrow so I won't be able to come get the cold one.
