I got a pair of rams last week and a couple days ago I noticed a spot on his fin. Is it ick? Can I use petcos herbal ick treatment with the water conditioner in my tank? It says not to use w/ sulfinate, I didn't see that in the ingredients on my other stuff. My temp is usually 83f but I started slowly bringing it up today and I'm at 85f and very slowly climbing. Maybe I should just stick with heat for now? I really don't want to medicate if I don't have to. I know the rams like the warm water but what about my other fish? Should I move them?
