You may have no choice but to net him out, hold him with wet paper towels and remove the rock from it's mouth with a pair of sterilzed tweezers. I had to do this once when my angel inadvertently tried to swallow a bristlenose pleco.

I dunno if i could get tweezers around the rock. His mouth is extended like when goldfish eat and i'm afraid i may seriously injure the flesh around that.

I had goldfish that did this all the time, usually it would spit them out ofter awhile, most likely if it hasn't died from stress by now then its ok, try feeding the fish and see if it drops the rock for food

Melafix the tank and remove the rock yourself, you wont do as much damage as the rock will eventually kill yourfish!
Like what onah said....if it got in there, it will come out!
you could leave it for a day or two to see if it spits the rock itself.
Just think of the damage, i've seen oscars rip bottom lips clean off and they heal ok.
