Emersion question

I have some ludwigia. How do I go from submerged to emersed? Also, for any emersed plant I guess, do you need to keep up humidity and how do you do it.

Just let it grow out of the water...

For some emersed plants, humidity is important... you can setup a mist system, or spray the plants daily. Most plants can be weened off of this and can adjust to living without it.
