Just a few pics of the changes/progress of my first attempt at a planted scape. Comments, questions, harsh criticisms are always welcome! :)

very nice tank, im getting a 5.5 gallon tank in a couple days, what fish do you have, or you plan on getting. i plan on getting a betta for mine.

There are 9 ember tetra currently in the tank. They're so hard to come across by me that I bought the whole bunch. Awesome little fish.

Great tank, one of the best ones I have seen! And if I may ask, what is your lighting?

Thank you!!! The lighting is 2 13w compact fluorescents. I use simple clamp style work-lights without the clamp (just rest them on the glass top) so i could focus them toward the center in the beginning, then move one to each side as the plants mature and spread out.

Its been a real trial and error effort!

Im about to get 6500k fixture to start to grow plants in my 26 gallon so this pretty much convinced me!! Thanks, and once again great tank!
