Excel with the plant named frill

Is using excel with this plant good? I know excel melts some plants.

I believe "frill" is in the milfoil family. With excel if your worried about melting your plants you could always do half doses. After a while slowly add more till you get to the recommended dosage.

Will excel affect this plant?

Not too sure. I've never read it being a plant melted by excel. Maybe someone else will jump in who has experience. You should be sure to post your results, so as to help others.
