Fancy plant mats

My eye was caught in Petsmart by the fancy plant mats that line the bottom of your tank. Does anyone have these? Are they easy to clean and vacuum the gunk up during regular water changes like gravel is?

I had something similar way back in the days of neon tanks. The problem withe the ones I had was keeping them down.

i wouldnt use them. if i was going to use fake plants i would go with silk.
