Fast help on propogating wisteria?

There was a big branch that grew into the substrate. When I cut it and brought it out, it has roots off of every leaf. Should I snip them at every leaf because they have roots?

They're mostly just unsightly. You can snip them off if you like without harming anything.



Side note: Yea, wisteria tends to do that under higher light conditions. It can really root itself in and make a mess.
 
You could do that and then re-plant them to have multiple Wisteria plants, and over time they should grow normally. I've done the same with my Rotala Nanjenshan, which propogates the same way, by cuttings.

So I can just plant as is and call it good? Or can I cut it off at each root section?
