They help keep the tank clean and are extremely cute!

??? ;)

My problem is I can't narrow it down to just one...they all fascinate me. Side effects of an extreme OCD personality I guess. :) I can narrow it down to groups of fish that fascinate me more. Cichlids, badids, gobies, catfish, rasboras, danios, livebeareers, killies...

All the freshwater fish are appealing for different reasons, I can't wait until we purchase our own home so I can upgrade to a 55 gallon so we can keep more :)

I know exactly how you feel I just moved 3 weeks ago into my first house and found a perfect place for me to build my 6-8' plywood tank for my festae :)

I am a big fan of Cichlids, but I also like Catfish, and I would love to have a tank of big cichlids and several species of armored catfish, so that they could survive together.
