Feeding a peacock eel?

I just got a 7 inch peacock eel. I was wondering what the best way to feed it is... I have blood worms but my fish pretty much eat all of those before they reach the bottom. I also bought brine shrimp that most of my fish won't touch and am thinking the eel will love those.

I was told to use a Turkey baster and squirt it right in front of their face or you can hand feed them

I read that as well now I just need to find him. I have a lot of drift wood in my tank.

I drop in live worms for mine they get them before anyone else does.
