Feeding fresh greens question

My 56 gallon tank includes three Clown Loaches and a Mystery Snail. I've read that they would benefit from and enjoy greens, such as cucumber and kale. I got clips on suction cups to hold the greens, but realize I'm stymied on what to feed them (cucumber? kale? lettuce?) and how to prepare it, raw? Lightly blanched? Boiled? Where would be the best places to put it? Near the bottom? Top?

Blanch it. Cucumbers, kale, zucchini. Lettuce doesn't have a lot of nutrients. Clip it near the bottom.
