heh i was starting to feel alone but i'm with fearlessfisch pop it out of the container, drop it in over filter's exit and watch it spin the circle of my tank and the mollies go wild for it. Really only takes a few seconds to defrost and break apart for me and the bit that make it to the bottom are great for the fry i've got roaming
