Feeding question

I know that it's good to feed a variety of foods. I started with Tetra Min flakes, and have acquired frozen brine shrimp, freeze-dried tubifex worms, and sinking algae pellets.

How often should I work in the variety items with the basic flake food?

I have a community tank with a gourami, a sword, 5 zebras, a sick platy (different thread), and a catfish who hides all day.

i feed those type of foods one a week some times 2 times a week. i also have 4-5 different flake foods i feed though out the week.

Okay, but my question is that if I have one basic form of flake, how often can I feed the other stuff?
